PerClickAgreement and developer
These terms apply to PerClick, developed by Sajid Khokhar. By using PerClick, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you disagree, stop using the app. PerClick is intended for a general audience aged four and older, with parental or guardian guidance for children. An App Store age rating is a content-suitability rating, not permission for a child to enter a legal agreement. If you are below the age required to enter this agreement in your location, a parent or guardian must review these terms and authorize your use. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use, particularly online inspiration and sharing.
For an App Store download, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless an applicable custom EULA is provided. These terms supplement that license and do not replace Apple’s applicable terms or your mandatory consumer rights.
Using PerClick
PerClick helps you capture timed photo sessions, use pose references, apply photo looks, create booth prints, and save or share your captures. Features depend on device capabilities, permissions, available storage, and software compatibility. Online inspiration also requires internet access and available third-party services.
You may use your own photos created with PerClick for personal or commercial purposes, subject to others’ rights. You may not redistribute the app, bypass its protections, interfere with services, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits.
Your photos and responsibilities
You retain your rights in photos you create. We do not claim ownership of your captures. You are responsible for obtaining permission to photograph people or property where needed, respecting privacy, and ensuring your use and sharing are lawful. Do not use PerClick to create or distribute unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or rights-infringing content.
Use a safe setup for timed photography. Do not put yourself or others at risk while matching a reference pose. Back up photos you want to keep. Deleting sessions or uninstalling the app may remove local copies; exported copies must be managed separately.
Inspiration and third-party content
Inspiration images come from third-party online sources. They belong to their respective rights holders. Displaying, saving as a reference, or using a pose guide does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, publish, sell, or otherwise reuse the reference image. Obtain permission where required.
PerClick is not affiliated with or endorsed by external inspiration providers. Third-party content may change, be unavailable, or be inappropriate for some audiences. We do not guarantee its accuracy, suitability, or continuing availability. Third-party services and destinations you choose are subject to their own terms and policies.
Privacy
See the PerClick Privacy Policy for local storage, camera and Photos permissions, online inspiration requests, support messages, and deletion controls. Do not include sensitive personal information in online searches.
Payments
The current version does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any App Store download price is shown by Apple before purchase. If paid features are introduced, the price and applicable purchase terms will be disclosed before purchase and these terms will be updated. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests under its policies.
Intellectual property
PerClick’s code, branding, and original interface assets are owned by Sajid Khokhar or their licensors. Your right to use the app does not grant ownership of those materials. This does not affect your ownership of your own photos or the rights of third-party content owners.
Availability and warranties
We may update features, fix issues, or discontinue functionality. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular photographic result, or permanent availability of online inspiration. To the extent allowed by law, PerClick is provided “as is” and “as available” without additional warranties. Nothing excludes any warranty, remedy, or service obligation that applicable law requires.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sajid Khokhar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of PerClick, including loss of locally stored photos. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, death or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop using PerClick and uninstall it at any time. A material violation of these terms may end your permission to use the app to the extent permitted by law and the applicable app license. Clauses that by their nature apply after use ends remain applicable.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights applicable where you live. Nothing requires you to waive those protections.
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. We will communicate material changes through appropriate app notices or release information and seek agreement where required by law.
