Introduction
Axio Money does not collect, transmit, or store your personal financial data on any server. Everything you enter stays on your device. This policy explains what limited data we do collect and why.
1. Information We Collect
Usage analytics. We collect anonymized data about app usage — such as app opens, device type, OS version, and locale — via Firebase Analytics. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you.
Crash reports. If the app crashes, an anonymized report is sent on the next launch via Firebase Crashlytics to help us diagnose and fix issues. Crash reports do not contain any of your financial data.
Subscription status. Purchase receipts are validated with Apple via StoreKit to manage your premium access. We do not store payment information.
Support email. If you contact us for support, we receive your email address solely to respond to your inquiry.
We do not collect names, financial data, location, contacts, or any personally identifiable information during normal app use.
2. Data Stored on Your Device Only
The following data is entered by you and stored locally on your device only. We have no access to it.
Expenses, income, categories, and notes.
Financial goals and savings objectives.
AI chat history and generated insights.
Profile preferences including currency, theme, avatar, and notification settings.
None of this data leaves your device unless you explicitly export it yourself using the in-app export feature.
3. AI Features
On-device only. All AI features — including the financial assistant, spending insights, and savings tips — use Apple Foundation Models and run entirely on your device. Your financial data is never sent to external AI servers or third parties.
Device requirement. AI features require a compatible Apple device that supports Apple Foundation Models. On unsupported devices, these features are simply unavailable and no data is collected.
Chat history. AI conversation history is stored locally on your device and is permanently deleted when you use Delete Account in Settings.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple via StoreKit. iCloud sync is available to premium users and governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Axio Money is ad-free. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to advertisers or any third party.

Deleting your account permanently erases all locally stored data including AI chat history. This action cannot be undone.
6. Children's Privacy
Axio Money is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support.sajidapps@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will notify you via in-app notices or App Store update notes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Axio Money is designed to comply with global privacy standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in the United States. Since we do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal financial data to third parties, we natively respect your rights to data minimization, privacy, and data portability. You can access, edit, export, or delete your data directly inside the app settings at any time.
